Do Melbelle Rewards expire?

How do I earn points?

You will earn points when an order is placed on the Melbelle website or at a pop-up Melbelle stall. Additionally, you will receive 300 points for signing up to the Rewards program and a further 300 points on your birthday (if your birthday was entered when signing up).

What happens to my points if I return a product?

If a product is returned and a refund issued, any points earned with the original order will be cancelled and your points balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Why didn't I earn points on my order?

Check that you didn't check out as a guest. To earn points you must be logged into your account.

Only purchases made directly through the www.melbelle.co.uk website and through our point of sale systems at events will qualify for points. Orders placed via third party apps such as Facebook do not qualify to receive points.

How do I redeem my points?

Your points can be redeemed at the checkout if you are logged into your account.
