Agreement to Rules:
By participating in Melbelle's “Win A £25 Melbelle Gift Card" C2C 2025 Festival contest, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Official Competition Rules. Your entry into the competition indicates your acceptance of these rules and your acknowledgment that you meet all eligibility criteria. Furthermore, you agree that all decisions made by Melbelle regarding this campaign are final and binding.

Eligibility:
This contest is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to participate. The promotion is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree fully and unconditionally to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements outlined in these rules. Any entries submitted via automated methods will be disqualified.

Prize:
The winner of the competition will receive a FREE £25 Melbelle Gift Card to purchase items of their choice. Melbelle's standard returns procedure applies as laid out in the Returns Policy.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash in-store or at a pop-up shop, or substituted by the winner.

Your Odds
The total number of participants will determine the odds of winning. A winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of the contest period.

Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected during the week commencing the 17th March, 2025 and notified via email from Melbelle on the same day. The winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize. Melbelle is not responsible for the winner failing to receive the notification due to spam filters, junk email folders, or other security settings, nor for any incorrect or non-functional contact information provided by the winner.

Rights Granted by You:
By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree that Melbelle may, where permitted by law, use your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the competition, and biographical information for news, publicity, promotional purposes, advertising, public relations, and trade, in any media now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity. This use may occur without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

General Terms:
Melbelle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined at its sole discretion. Melbelle also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, interfering with the operation of the promotion, violating these Official Rules or any other promotion rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any deliberate attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law. If such an attempt is made, Melbelle reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entries submitted by any other individual or entity, or originating from any other website or email address (including subscription notification or entry services), will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The use of any automated methods to enter is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
The Sponsors shall not be held responsible for:

1. Any errors or inaccuracies in information, whether caused by entrants, printing mistakes, or the equipment or software used in connection with the promotion.
2. Technical failures, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software, or any other kind of technical failure.
3. Any unauthorised human interference at any stage of the entry process or the promotion.
4. Any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the promotion or during the processing of entries.
5. Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail.
6. Any injury or damage to individuals or property that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, as a result of participating in the promotion or from the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

If an entrant’s submission is confirmed to have been mistakenly deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy, if feasible, is to receive another opportunity to enter the promotion. If the promotion, or any part of it, is terminated for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to hold a random draw from all eligible entries received up to the point of termination for any or all of the prizes offered. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical issues, seeding errors, programming errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances result in more than the stated number of prizes being available or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes via a random draw among all legitimate, unclaimed, eligible prize entries.

Disputes:
This contest is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to any conflict of law principles. By participating in this competition, the participant agrees that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or in connection with this campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in the United Kingdom. In the event of any dispute, the participant shall not be entitled to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including legal fees, and may only recover their actual out-of-pocket expenses (such as costs incurred in entering the contest). The participant also waives any right to have damages multiplied or increased. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
